Wellington Research and (collectively the “Site”), believe the privacy and confidentiality of an individual’s personal information is important. The following privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is provided to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The  Privacy Policy of the Site may change from time to time in order to address new issues and to reflect changes on the Site. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy regularly because your use of the Site signifies that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

The Site collects personally identifiable information about you only when you voluntarily provide such information. (Personally identifiable information is any information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual and any other information about that individual.)

The Site collects personally identifiable information from you only after you provide such information to: become a member; access research reports; or use interactive tools. The Site collects personally identifiable information for the purposes of distributing newsletters, providing access to research reports and interactive tools. From time to time the Site may contact you to participate in interviews related to its research calendar. No member of the Site is under any obligation to participate in interviews conducted by the Site. By becoming a member you agree to be contacted to receive newsletters by the Site. The Site will not otherwise make available or disclose personally identifiable information to other parties without your prior consent (except as may be required by law, such as a court-ordered subpoena, search warrant, or other court order; or required by exigent circumstances). We may use your information to tailor your experience at the Site, to distribute the newsletter to you, to contact you about research that may benefit you, and to display content according to aggregate preferences of all visitors to the Site. d. Encryption Technology
The Site uses Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption technology to enhance data privacy and help prevent loss, misuse or alteration of Member information transmitted to the Site. However, despite the use of encryption technology, we cannot guarantee your personal information is secure.

e. Cookie Technology
The Site collects non-personal identification information through the use of “cookie” technology and/or Internet Protocol (“IP”) address tracking. Cookies are small text files a web site can use to recognize repeat users and facilitate the user’s ongoing access to and use of the Site. We maintain a Member Center for the exclusive use of members to see, update, and change any personally identifiable information.

Users may find content on The Site that enables linking to other third party sites. These third party sites may have their own privacy policies and should be consulted directly. The Site’s Privacy Policy does not apply to such other sites. The Site has no control over the content displayed on such sites, nor over the measures, if any, that are taken by other sites to protect the privacy of your information.
